Personal genome project

The aim of this is to gather the information about the complete genomes plus medical data of as many people as possible, to determine exactly which genes give certain traits via using statistical correlation.

This information will be useful for research into personalised medicine.

As of 2008, they are trying to get 100,000 volunteers. The previous project only used 10 volunteers.
